Parent & Tots is a co-ed one-hour class for children aged 18 months to 3 years (accompanied by a parent or other adult). This is an interactive, fun & energetic program designed to develop gross motor skills under the guidance of our coaches.

Junior Gym (co-ed 5-6yrs)

Junior Gym is a one hour (co-ed) class for 5-6 year olds and is designed to develop basic gymnastic skills. Participants will focus on strength, balance and flexibility . Using floor, trampoline, bars, beam & vault, Children will be grouped according to their skill level.
